Today we had a theatre group in. It was about Robert the Bruce and William Wallace. It started when they were both little boys and they had wooden swords. They started to carry on. Then there fathers came and broke it up. But Roberts dad took it seriously and then Robert told his dad its okay it was only a carry on so they departed on good terms. Then the next day they came back and Robert and William were playing together again. Then the King of England came and chose a man that wouldn’t stand up to him for the next king of Scotland because he knew Robert wouldn’t stand up to him. Then William and Robert were at war with the king. William got killed just like his father. Then Robert went on to defend Scotland and won the title and thought about William and his dad along the way.By Zoë

Out in the garden we have been litter picking. We wrote lunes on the garden slabs.
Me and my partner did our lunes on a really big slab.
I wrote mine in different colours and after that I decorated some slabs.
Mr Johnston took lots of pictures of us.
The day after we wrote our lunes we got the eco flag!

Yesterday afternoon p6s/j had art we had to paint our 3D landscapes to make them stand out instead of having a plain landscape. First to make them we had to draw on a piece of cardboard of what we were going to do, then we got paper and scrunched them up to make what we drew then we covered it up in paper then we let it dry. Finally the next time we had art we painted it. And it came out nice.

Today we did gym. We played tunnel rounders and only a few people won. There where three teams. When we went in we practice balancing the ball on the bat and then practiced bouncing it up and down. Then we got split into our teams and our team was first to field. The next time we had to sit out and the other two teams swapped round and then when they had finished we got to go on. We got to bat and run, I go through.
